Each year we receive hundreds of requests from organizations in and around our community for donations to various programs, events, and initiatives. While careful consideration is given to each request, regrettably we are unable to fulfill them all. In order to consider your request. we need to have the following information about your organization and what you are asking for (see form below) in advance of your event or project date. Please review our guidelines below before submitting your request.
We know sometimes time gets away from us - even the best laid plans can get off track! We will try our best to continue to be flexible in responding to your requests in a timely fashion. We don't want you to stop visiting us at the stores either! But we appreciate your understanding as we try to move to a more organized and efficient way of processing these requests.
SPONSORSHIPS AND ADVERTISING
Please note that sponsorships and advertising are handled differently than donation requests. Inquiries should be directed our marketing manager, Rebecca Wood. OUR DONATION Guidelines
- As a locally owned neighborhood hardware store, consideration is given to organizations and groups in or around our immediate community for in-kind donations, i.e. items that we carry, for raffles, silent auctions, community projects. etc.
- All donation requests must be submitted through our online application system at least two weeks prior to your event or project - please be sure to fully complete the form below and review for accuracy before submitting! Your organization is eligible to receive one donation in a 12-month period from the date of your request.
- Requests are reviewed bi-monthly and awarded as these guidelines and our annual budget allows.
